Mr. Roshan Dawadi has completed his Master's Degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University. He is the Head of the General Service Department of the company. Out of more than Seventeen years of successful work experience in the corporate industry, he has around fourteen years of experience in Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited. During the tenure he has performed various responsibilities of different departments like Account & Finance, Human Resource & General Service Department.

Before joining Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited, he had worked for more than two and half years in Financial Institution- Banks (FI-Banks) Department of Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited. He has also worked for three months in the Marketing Department of Total Integrated IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (TIITS).
